Who I am!

Sharaya Robinson is a servant leader and has been all her life. The oldest of seven siblings, she has a nature for teaching. Sharaya is a mother to a beautiful kindergartener, Joshua; who keeps her young with his many adventures. She desires to be a light to her family while setting a good example of hard work for anyone watching.

In her adult life, Sharaya reconnected with God and has used all of her lived experiences as away to show God's love to others. Without hesitation, when asked to serve in her church, she said yes! Now Sharaya spends a great deal of her time ministering to youth, encouraging them to have a personal relation with Jesus Christ and exemplifying his unbiased love.

When asked for a quote that helps guides her work, Sharaya shared the following:

"Teachers who love teaching, teach children to love learning."

What I've Done
  • Graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities B.S: Family Social Science, Minor Violence Prevention

  • Licensed through Hennepin County

  • CPR & First Aid Certified

  • Child & Passenger Restraint Safety Certified

  •  Sudden Unexpected Infant Death & Abrasive Head Trauma Certified

Sharaya has worked within the early childhood education system for 7 years. During this time she worked with infants,  toddlers & preschoolers but primarily school age scholars. Sharaya also spent a year as a Assistant Director at a early childhood center. She collaborated with a team to ensure youth had proper nutrition, age appropriate curriculum and that families were receiving the support they needed to be educated. She highly advocates for what is in the best interest of children.

Sharaya has also worked in the foster care sector. She acknowledges this experience as being one that taught her the true meaning of being educated on systematic barriers. Now she is determined to train up children to love the skin their in.

This along with her passion and love for children makes her the educator and childcare provider she is today!
